The Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) is pleased to invite you to participate in the II International Congress BIOPROCESSES Cuba 2019 to be held between May 22nd and 27th, 2019 in Camagüey, a central-eastern province of the country.

BIOPROCESSES Cuba is a bi-annual event that brings together researchers and technologists from all over the world who are at the forefront in the field of biotechnological processes for the generation of highvalue products in the pharmaceutical industry and agriculture. In addition to plenary lectures, the scientific program includes symposia dedicated to the upstream and downstream procedures, to the formulations of biotechnological products, to the generation of microbial products for use as biopesticides and biofertilizers in the agricultural sector, to the control and assurance of the quality of the biotechnological processes and products, as well as the regulations associated with their obtaining and practical application. Interactive poster discussion sessions are also included.

The excellent results of the first edition of this Congress in 2017 allow us to predict a superior success to the current call.

The venues of the Congress will be shared in the time between the Convention Centre "Santa Cecilia" of the Camagüey city and a hotel on the North coast beaches.
